Unless otherwise indicated, all 2401 Technology products are provided on a "Try Before You Buy" basis. As such, it is assumed that the original product downloaded performs as advertised before the customer purchases a license key.
Therefore, refunds will be issued for Try-Before-You-Buy products only when:
2401 Technology cannot provide a working license key within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the customer and the customer has provided all information, log files, etc. requested by 2401 Technology.
